The Lumia 610 this could be all over the emerging market dealers shelves hence windows for everyone... Game changer

I have been a bit skeptical on how Nokia was going to take over the world with its windows operating system. Well it seems like it is going to go the Android way by lowering the spec requirement and I am sure it wont be long before we see windows phones all over.Nokia just announced the Lumia 610, their cheapest Windows Phone to date. If it looks familiar, then you’re right. It has the same design as the 18 month old Nokia C7, which was recycled last summer to become the 701, but whereas both those devices were made out of metal, the Lumia 610 is all plastic. In terms of specifications, every Windows Phone that’s ever shipped either has a 1 GHz or 1.4 GHz processor and 512 MB of RAM, this little sucker has an 800 MHz processor and 256 MB of RAM.

The Lumia 610 goes even further in bringing the price down, with Nokia itself saying it's for the "younger audience." Calling it "confident," with "generous curves,"
Still, it's got the Nokia Drive, Maps and Music which we've seen on the other Lumia handsets, plus Nokia Transport, a new app which shows public transport updates in real-time, for over 500 cities.
On sale before June, it'll cost 189 Euros—so roughly $250 or Ksh 20,000. I expect to see any dealer or service provider to jump on this for market penetration and data consumption enhancement.
Here’s a promo video and hands on of the much rumoured and recently announced Nokia Lumia 610.
