PRIVACY IN THE 21st CENTURY

In this time and age many of us would like to say that you be public and private at the same time.
We all have heard of the recent cases with IOS as well as android where it has been discovered that the gadgets give owners location without permission.

Well this discoveries were made in the united states a country that we all know that has such a simple and all round constitution that caters for every right ( Heard of the first amendment).
Well I could as well be talking gibberish but lets talk about a part of the world where we got no legislation at all. Lets talk about Kenya. We all have heard of the tracking of SMS and calls from unsuspecting Kenyans, but we all know that this is the invasion of privacy. The latest case has been of the National Cohesion and Integration Comitee admission of having been monitoring Kenyans communication in search of hate mongers. I mean what gives them the right to do that? I know that we cannot run away from big brother but man we all gotta be aware that they will be watching and listening at the same time.
