MWC 2013: Alcatel announces new family of devices, Mozilla Firefox in tow
Alcatel recently announced a new family of devices at Mobile
World Congress, each catering to a different market. While most of said devices
are rocking Android, one of the new smartphones, the One Touch Fire, ships with
Mozilla’s Firefox OS.
The new devices, LTE One Touch Idol, One Touch Idol X, One Touch
Fire, and One Touch Star all vary in size and specs, but offer up some nice
upgrades from previous devices, and new operating systems that we’re excited to
see.

With the exception
of LTE support, the One Touch Idol remains essentially the same, but that’s
fine with us. Each device adds a nice option to the allocated market Alacatel
